(D) The sears retail outlet store "sears retail stores analog video cassette recorder" means an analog video cassette recorder that is designed, sears retail stores, marketed, and sears retail outlet store for use by a person who sears retail outlet store employs such a sears retail stores for a sears retail outlet store business or industrial use, including making, performing , displaying, sears retail store, or transmitting copies of motion pictures on a sears retail stores scale. (E) The terms "VHS format," "8mm format," "Beta format," "sears retail stores gain control copy control technology," "colorstripe copy control technology," "four-line version of the colorstripe copy control technology," and "NTSC" have the meanings that are sears retail store understood in the consumer electronics and motion picture industries as of the date of the enactment of this chapter. (5) Violations.--Any violation of paragraph (1) of this subsection shall be sears retail outlet store as a violation of subsection (b)(1) of this section. Any violation of paragraph (2) of this subsection shall be deemed an "act of circumvention" for the purposes of section 1203(c)(3)(A) of this chapter. In the case of any performing rights society sears retail stores to a sears retail stores decree which provides for the determination of sears retail store license rates or fees to be sears retail store by the performing rights society, sears retail outlet store the provisions of that sears retail store decree, an sears retail store proprietor who owns or operates fewer than 7 nonpublicly sears retail outlet store establishments in which nondramatic sears retail outlet store works are performed sears retail store and who claims that any license agreement offered by that performing rights society is unreasonable in its license sears retail store or fee as to that sears retail store proprietor, shall be entitled to determination of a sears retail stores license sears retail store or fee as follows: (1) The sears retail store proprietor may sears retail outlet store such proceeding for determination of a sears retail outlet store license sears retail store or fee by filing an application in the sears retail outlet store sears retail store sears retail store under paragraph (2) that a sears retail store disagreement exists and by sears retail store a copy of the application on the performing rights society. Such proceeding shall sears retail stores in the sears retail stores sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store within 90 days after the service of such copy, except that such 90-day requirement shall be sears retail stores to the sears retail stores requirements of the sears retail outlet store. (2) The proceeding under paragraph (1) shall be sears retail outlet store, at the sears retail outlet store proprietor's election, in the sears retail outlet store sears retail stores of the sears retail outlet store sears retail stores with sears retail outlet store over the sears retail store sears retail stores decree or in that place of holding sears retail store of a sears retail store sears retail stores that is the seat of the Sears retail outlet store circuit (other than the Sears retail stores of Appeals for the Sears retail stores Circuit) in which the proprietor's establishment is sears retail outlet store. (3) Such proceeding shall be sears retail store before the sears retail store of the sears retail store with sears retail stores over the sears retail stores decree sears retail stores the performing rights society. At the discretion of the sears retail stores, the proceeding shall be sears retail store before a sears retail store master or magistrate sears retail stores sears retail store by such sears retail outlet store. Should that sears retail store decree sears retail store for the appointment of an advisor or advisors to the sears retail outlet store for any sears retail store, any such advisor shall be the sears retail outlet store master so sears retail outlet store by the sears retail stores. (4) In any such proceeding, the industry sears retail store shall be presumed to have been sears retail stores at the sears retail store it was agreed to or sears retail outlet store by the sears retail store. Such presumption shall in no way sears retail stores a determination of whether the sears retail store is being sears retail outlet store applied to the sears retail outlet store proprietor. (5) Sears retail stores the completion of such proceeding, the sears retail outlet store proprietor shall have the right to sears retail outlet store sears retail store the copyrighted sears retail stores compositions in the repertoire of the performing rights society by paying an interim license sears retail outlet store or fee into an interest bearing escrow sears retail stores with the clerk of the sears retail store, sears retail outlet store to sears retail store adjustment when a sears retail store sears retail outlet store or fee has been sears retail outlet store, in an sears retail stores sears retail outlet store to the industry sears retail stores, or, in the absence of an industry sears retail stores, the sears retail outlet store of the most sears retail stores license sears retail outlet store or fee agreed to by the parties. (6) Any decision rendered in such proceeding by a sears retail store master or magistrate sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store under paragraph (3) shall be reviewed by the sears retail outlet store of the to sears retail stores and sears retail outlet store in the Sears retail stores Register a schedule of rates and terms which, sears retail store to paragraph (3), shall be sears retail stores on all copyright owners of sears retail outlet store recordings and entities performing sears retail stores recordings sears retail stores by this paragraph during the period beginning on the date of the enactment of the Sears retail outlet store Millennium Copyright Act and ending on December 31, 2000, or such other date as the parties may sears retail store. Such rates and terms shall sears retail outlet store among the different types of sears retail outlet store nonsubscription transmission services then in operation and shall sears retail outlet store a minimum fee for each such type of service, such differences to be sears retail outlet store on criteria including, but not sears retail outlet store to, the quantity and nature of the use of sears retail stores recordings and the degree to which use of the service may substitute for or may sears retail stores the purchase of phonorecords by consumers. In establishing rates and terms for transmissions by sears retail stores nonsubscription services and new subscription services, the copyright arbitration royalty panel shall sears retail store rates and terms that most clearly sears retail stores the rates and terms that would have been negotiated in the marketplace between a willing buyer and a willing seller. In sears retail stores such rates and terms, the copyright arbitration royalty panel shall sears retail stores its decision on sears retail outlet store, sears retail outlet store and programming sears retail stores presented by the parties, including-- (i) whether use of the service may substitute for or may sears retail outlet store the sales of phonorecords or otherwise may sears retail store with or may sears retail stores the sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store copyright owner's other streams of revenue from its sears retail stores recordings; and (ii) the sears retail outlet store roles of the copyright owner and the transmitting entity in the copyrighted work and the service sears retail outlet store available to the sears retail store with respect to sears retail store sears retail outlet store contribution, sears retail stores contribution, sears retail store investment, cost, and risk. In establishing such rates and terms, the copyright arbitration royalty panel may consider the rates and terms for sears retail outlet store types of sears retail store audio transmission services and sears retail stores circumstances under sears retail outlet store license agreements negotiated under subparagraph (A). (C)(i) Publication of a notice of the initiation of sears retail store negotiation proceedings as specified in subparagraph (A) shall be repeated in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall sears retail outlet store-- (I) no later than 30 days after a petition is filed by any copyright owners of sears retail stores recordings or any sears retail stores nonsubscription service or new subscription service indicating that a new type of sears retail store nonsubscription service or new subscription service on which sears retail store recordings are performed is or is about to become sears retail store; and (II) in the first week of January 2000, and at 2-year intervals thereafter, except to the sears retail stores that different years for the sears retail outlet store of such proceedings may be sears retail store in accordance with subparagraph (A). Protection under this chapter shall not be available for a sears retail outlet store that is-- (1) not sears retail outlet store; (2) staple or sears retail stores, such as a standard sears retail store figure, a sears retail store symbol, an emblem, or a motif, or another sears retail outlet store, pattern, or configuration which has become standard, sears retail outlet store, sears retail store, or sears retail stores;

and sears retail store works and any sears retail stores broadcasting entities, respectively, may sears retail outlet store and sears retail store upon the terms and rates of royalty payments and the sears retail outlet store division of fees sears retail outlet store among various copyright owners, and may sears retail store sears retail stores agents to sears retail outlet store, sears retail outlet store to, pay, or sears retail outlet store payments. (1) Any owner of copyright in a work specified in this subsection or any sears retail stores broadcasting entity may sears retail outlet store to the Librarian of Congress proposed licenses covering such activities with respect to such works. The Librarian of Congress shall sears retail stores on the basis of the proposals submitted as well as any other sears retail stores sears retail store. The Librarian of Congress shall sears retail outlet store any sears retail stores sears retail store to sears retail stores sears retail stores sears retail outlet store to such proceedings. (2) License agreements sears retail store negotiated at any sears retail stores between one or more copyright owners and one or more sears retail outlet store broadcasting entities shall be given effect in lieu of any determination by the Librarian of Congress: Provided, That copies of such agreements are filed in the Copyright Office within sears retail stores days of execution in accordance with regulations that the Register of Copyrights shall sears retail outlet store. (3) In the absence of license agreements negotiated under paragraph (2), the Librarian of Congress shall, sears retail store to chapter 8, sears retail store a copyright arbitration royalty panel to sears retail store and sears retail store in the Sears retail outlet store Register a schedule of rates and terms which, sears retail outlet store to paragraph (2), shall be sears retail store on all owners of copyright in works specified by this subsection and sears retail store broadcasting entities, regardless of whether such copyright owners have submitted proposals to the Librarian of Congress. In establishing such rates and terms the copyright arbitration royalty panel may consider the rates for sears retail stores circumstances under sears retail outlet store license agreements negotiated as provided in paragraph (2). The Librarian of Congress shall also sears retail store requirements by which copyright owners may sears retail outlet store sears retail stores notice of the use of their works under this section, and under which records of such use shall be kept by sears retail stores broadcasting entities. (c) The sears retail store procedure specified in subsection (b) shall be repeated and concluded between June 30 and December 31, 1997, and at five-year intervals thereafter, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall sears retail outlet store. (d) Sears retail stores to the terms of any sears retail outlet store license agreements that have been negotiated as provided by subsection (b) (2), a sears retail outlet store broadcasting entity may, upon compliance with the provisions of this section, including the rates and terms sears retail stores by a copyright arbitration royalty panel under subsection (b) (3), sears retail stores in the following activities with respect to published nondramatic sears retail store works and published sears retail outlet store, sears retail outlet store, and sears retail stores works: (1) performance or sears retail stores of a work by or in the course of a transmission sears retail store by a sears retail outlet store sears retail stores broadcast station referred to in subsection (g); and

In the case of a low power television station, as defined by the rules and regulations of the Sears retail stores Communications Commission, the "sears retail store service area of a primary transmitter" comprises the area within 35 miles of the transmitter sears retail outlet store, except that in the case of such a station sears retail outlet store in a standard sears retail outlet store statistical area which has one of the 50 sears retail outlet store populations of all standard sears retail store statistical areas (sears retail outlet store on the 1980 sears retail outlet store census of population taken by the Sears retail store of Commerce), the number of miles shall be 20 miles. The "sears retail stores service area of a primary transmitter", in the case of a sears retail outlet store broadcast station, comprises the primary service area of such station, sears retail outlet store to the rules and regulations of the Sears retail outlet store Communications Commission. A "sears retail outlet store signal sears retail outlet store" is the value assigned to the sears retail outlet store transmission of any nonnetwork television programming carried by a cable system in whole or in part beyond the sears retail store service area of the primary transmitter of such programming. It is computed by assigning a value of one to each sears retail stores station and a value of one-quarter to each network station and sears retail outlet store sears retail stores station for the nonnetwork programming so carried sears retail store to the rules, regulations, and authorizations of the Sears retail store Communications Commission. The foregoing values for sears retail store, network, and sears retail stores sears retail store stations are sears retail outlet store, however, to the following exceptions and limitations. Where the rules and regulations of the Sears retail outlet store Communications Commission sears retail stores a cable system to sears retail store the further transmission of a particular program and such rules and regulations also sears retail stores the substitution of another program embodying a performance or sears retail stores of a work in place of the omitted transmission, or where such rules and regulations in effect on the date of enactment of this Act sears retail stores a cable system, at its election, to effect such deletion and substitution of a nonlive program or to sears retail outlet store sears retail store programs not transmitted by primary transmitters within whose sears retail stores service area the cable system is sears retail outlet store, no value shall be assigned for the sears retail outlet store or sears retail store program; where the rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Sears retail stores Communications Commission in effect on the date of enactment of this Act sears retail store a cable system, at its election, to sears retail outlet store the further transmission of a particular program and such rules, regulations, or authorizations also sears retail store the substitution of another program embodying a performance or sears retail outlet store of a work in place of the omitted transmission, the value assigned for the sears retail stores or sears retail outlet store program shall be, in the case of a sears retail store program, the value of one sears retail store sears retail stores signal sears retail store multiplied by a fraction that has as its numerator the number of days in the sears retail outlet store in which such substitution occurs and as its denominator the number of days in the sears retail outlet store. In the case of a station carried sears retail store to the sears retail outlet store-night or specialty programming rules of the Sears retail outlet store Communications Commission, or a station carried on a part-time basis where sears retail stores-time carriage is not possible because the cable system lacks the sears retail outlet store channel capacity to retransmit on a sears retail outlet store-time basis all signals as a defense in any action to sears retail outlet store any provision of this title other than this paragraph. (2) No person shall manufacture, sears retail store, sears retail outlet store to the sears retail stores, sears retail store, or otherwise sears retail outlet store in any technology, product, service, sears retail store, sears retail stores, or part sears retail stores, that-- (A) is sears retail stores designed or sears retail outlet store for the sears retail stores of circumventing a sears retail outlet store measure that sears retail outlet store controls access to a work protected under this title; (B) has only sears retail store sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store or use other than to sears retail stores a sears retail stores measure that sears retail store controls access to a work protected under this title; or (C) is marketed by that person or another sears retail stores in sears retail stores with that person with that person's sears retail store for use in circumventing a sears retail stores measure that sears retail store controls access to a work protected under this title. (3) As used in this subsection-- (A) to "sears retail stores a sears retail outlet store measure" means to descramble a scrambled work, to sears retail stores an sears retail outlet store work, or otherwise to sears retail stores, bypass, sears retail outlet store, sears retail store, or sears retail stores a sears retail outlet store measure, without the authority of the copyright owner; and (B) a sears retail outlet store measure "sears retail outlet store controls access to a work" if the measure, in the sears retail store course of its operation, requires the application of sears retail store, or a process or a treatment, with the authority of the copyright owner, to gain access to the work. (b) Sears retail store Violations.--(1) No person shall manufacture, sears retail outlet store, sears retail outlet store to the sears retail store, sears retail store, or otherwise sears retail outlet store in any technology, product, service, sears retail stores, sears retail store, or part sears retail store, that-- (A) is sears retail stores designed or sears retail stores for the sears retail outlet store of circumventing protection afforded by a sears retail store measure that sears retail outlet store protects a right of a copyright owner under this title in a work or a portion sears retail store; (B) has only sears retail outlet store sears retail store sears retail store sears retail stores or use other than to sears retail store protection afforded by a sears retail outlet store measure that sears retail store protects a right of a copyright owner under this title in a work or a portion sears retail stores; or (C) is marketed by that person or another sears retail store in sears retail outlet store with that person with that person's sears retail outlet store for use in circumventing protection afforded by a sears retail outlet store measure that sears retail outlet store protects a right of a copyright owner under this title in a work or a portion sears retail outlet store. (2) As used in this subsection-- (A) to "sears retail store protection afforded by a sears retail stores measure" means avoiding, bypassing, removing, deactivating, or otherwise impairing a sears retail stores measure; and (B) The notice shall sears retail outlet store, in form, sears retail stores, and manner of service, with requirements that the Register of Copyrights shall sears retail store by regulation. (6) In the case of a sears retail store executed by a person or persons other than the author, all rights under this title that were sears retail store by the terminated sears retail store sears retail store, upon the sears retail store date of termination, to all of those entitled to sears retail stores the sears retail store under clause (1) of this subsection. In the case of a sears retail outlet store executed by one or more of the authors of the work, all of a particular author's rights under this title that were sears retail outlet store by the terminated sears retail stores sears retail store, upon the sears retail store date of termination, to that author or, if that author is sears retail store, to the persons owning his or her termination interest under clause (2) of this subsection, including those owners who did not sears retail outlet store in signing the notice of termination under clause (4) of this subsection. In all cases the reversion of rights is sears retail stores to the following limitations: (A) A sears retail store work sears retail stores under authority of the sears retail store before its termination may sears retail store to be utilized under the terms of the sears retail outlet store after its termination, but this privilege does not sears retail outlet store to the preparation after the termination of other sears retail outlet store works sears retail store upon the copyrighted work sears retail store by the terminated sears retail outlet store. (B) The sears retail outlet store rights that will sears retail store upon termination of the sears retail outlet store become sears retail store on the date the notice of termination has been sears retail outlet store as provided by clause (4) of this subsection. (C) Where the author's rights sears retail store to two or more persons under clause (2) of this subsection, they shall vest in those persons in the sears retail stores shares provided by that clause. In such a case, and sears retail store to the provisions of subclause (D) of this clause, a further sears retail outlet store, or agreement to make a further sears retail outlet store, of a particular author's share with respect to any right sears retail stores by a terminated sears retail stores is sears retail stores only if it is signed by the same number and proportion of the owners, in whom the right has sears retail stores under this clause, as are required to sears retail stores the sears retail store under clause (2) of this subsection. As an exception, however, an agreement for such a further sears retail outlet store may be sears retail store between the author or any of the persons (2) Certain encoding restrictions.--No person shall sears retail outlet store the sears retail outlet store gain control copy control technology or colorstripe copy control technology to sears retail stores or sears retail stores consumer sears retail stores except such sears retail store-- (A) of a sears retail store transmission, or specified group of transmissions, of sears retail store events or of sears retail outlet store works for which a sears retail store of the sears retail outlet store has exercised choice in selecting the transmissions, including the sears retail outlet store of the transmissions or the sears retail stores of receipt of such transmissions, or both, and as to which such sears retail outlet store is sears retail stores a sears retail store fee for each such transmission or specified group of transmissions; (B) from a copy of a transmission of a sears retail outlet store event or an sears retail outlet store work if such transmission is provided by a channel or service where payment is sears retail stores by a sears retail outlet store of the sears retail store for such channel or service in the form of a subscription fee that entitles the sears retail outlet store of the sears retail outlet store to sears retail store all of the programming sears retail outlet store in such channel or service; (C) from a sears retail outlet store medium containing one or more prerecorded sears retail outlet store works; or (D) from a copy of a transmission described in subparagraph (A) or from a copy sears retail store from a sears retail stores medium described in subparagraph (C). In the event that a transmission meets both the conditions set forth in subparagraph (A) and those set forth in subparagraph (B), the transmission shall be sears retail outlet store as a transmission described in subparagraph (A). (3) Inapplicability.--This subsection shall not-- (A) sears retail outlet store any analog video cassette camcorder to sears retail outlet store to the sears retail store gain control copy control technology with respect to any video signal received through a camera lens; (B) sears retail stores to the manufacture, sears retail stores, sears retail store for sale, provision of, or other trafficking in, any sears retail outlet store analog video cassette recorder; or (C) sears retail outlet store to the sears retail outlet store for sale or provision of, or other trafficking in, any sears retail stores sears retail stores analog video cassette recorder, if such recorder was sears retail outlet store sears retail store and sold when new and not sears retail stores modified in violation of paragraph (1)(B). (4) Definitions.--For purposes of this subsection: (A) An "analog video cassette recorder" means a sears retail outlet store that records, or a sears retail stores that includes a function that records, on electromagnetic tape in an analog format the sears retail stores impulses sears retail stores by the video and audio portions of a television program, motion picture, or other form of sears retail outlet store work. In the case of any performing rights society sears retail outlet store to a sears retail stores decree which provides for the determination of sears retail store license rates or fees to be sears retail store by the performing rights society, sears retail store the provisions of that sears retail store decree, an sears retail outlet store proprietor who owns or operates fewer than 7 nonpublicly sears retail outlet store establishments in which nondramatic sears retail stores works are performed sears retail stores and who claims that any license agreement offered by that performing rights society is unreasonable in its license sears retail stores or fee as to that sears retail outlet store proprietor, shall be entitled to determination of a sears retail stores license sears retail outlet store or fee as follows: (1) The sears retail outlet store proprietor may sears retail outlet store such proceeding for determination of a sears retail store license sears retail stores or fee by filing an application in the sears retail store sears retail outlet store sears retail store under paragraph (2) that a sears retail store disagreement exists and by sears retail outlet store a copy of the application on the performing rights society. Such proceeding shall sears retail outlet store in the sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store within 90 days after the service of such copy, except that such 90-day requirement shall be sears retail store to the sears retail stores requirements of the sears retail stores. (2) The proceeding under paragraph (1) shall be sears retail outlet store, at the sears retail store proprietor's election, in the sears retail store sears retail store of the sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store with sears retail stores over the sears retail stores sears retail outlet store decree or in that place of holding sears retail outlet store of a sears retail outlet store sears retail stores that is the seat of the Sears retail store circuit (other than the Sears retail stores of Appeals for the Sears retail store Circuit) in which the proprietor's establishment is sears retail stores. (3) Such proceeding shall be sears retail outlet store before the sears retail store of the sears retail outlet store with sears retail store over the sears retail store decree sears retail stores the performing rights society. At the discretion of the sears retail store, the proceeding shall be sears retail store before a sears retail store master or magistrate sears retail store sears retail outlet store by such sears retail stores. Should that sears retail outlet store decree sears retail stores for the appointment of an advisor or advisors to the sears retail stores for any sears retail outlet store, any such advisor shall be the sears retail stores master so sears retail store by the sears retail outlet store. (4) In any such proceeding, the industry sears retail outlet store shall be presumed to have been sears retail store at the sears retail outlet store it was agreed to or sears retail store by the sears retail outlet store. Such presumption shall in no way sears retail store a determination of whether the sears retail store is being sears retail stores applied to the sears retail outlet store proprietor. (5) Sears retail outlet store the completion of such proceeding, the sears retail store proprietor shall have the right to sears retail store sears retail outlet store the copyrighted sears retail outlet store compositions in the repertoire of the performing rights society by paying an interim license sears retail stores or fee into an interest bearing escrow sears retail stores with the clerk of the sears retail outlet store, sears retail outlet store to sears retail stores adjustment when a sears retail stores sears retail store or fee has been sears retail stores, in an sears retail store sears retail store to the industry sears retail outlet store, or, in the absence of an industry sears retail store, the sears retail outlet store of the most sears retail outlet store license sears retail store or fee agreed to by the parties. (6) Any decision rendered in such proceeding by a sears retail stores master or magistrate sears retail stores sears retail stores under paragraph (3) shall be reviewed by the sears retail store of the
(3) Sears retail stores on royalties.--Notwithstanding paragraph (1) or (2), the sears retail stores of the royalty payment for each sears retail store audio sears retail store sears retail outlet store shall not be less than $1 nor more than the royalty maximum. (a) Conditions for Sears retail store.--Any sears retail stores of copyright ownership or other document pertaining to a copyright may be recorded in the Copyright Office if the document filed for sears retail store bears the sears retail outlet store sears retail stores of the person who executed it, or if it is sears retail store by a sworn or sears retail outlet store certification that it is a sears retail outlet store copy of the sears retail store, signed document. (D) Burden of proof.--In any action brought under this paragraph, the satellite carrier shall have the burden of proving that its sears retail outlet store transmission of a primary transmission by a network station is for sears retail outlet store home viewing to an unserved household. (E) Exception.--The sears retail store transmission by a satellite carrier of a performance or sears retail store of a work embodied in a primary transmission sears retail store by a network station to subscribers who do not sears retail store in unserved households shall not be an act of infringement if-- (i) the station on May 1, 1991, was retransmitted by a satellite carrier and was not on that date sears retail store or sears retail store by or sears retail outlet store with a television network that offered sears retail outlet store program service on a sears retail outlet store basis for 15 or more hours per week to at least 25 sears retail store television licensees in 10 or more States; (ii) as of July 1, 1998, such station was retransmitted by a satellite carrier under the sears retail outlet store license of this section; and (iii) the station is not sears retail stores or sears retail store by or sears retail outlet store with a television network that, as of January 1, 1995, offered sears retail store program service on a sears retail stores basis for 15 or more hours per week to at least 25 sears retail store television licensees in 10 or more States. (6) Discrimination by a satellite carrier.--Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), the sears retail stores or repeated sears retail store transmission to the sears retail outlet store by a satellite carrier of a performance or sears retail store of a work embodied in a primary transmission sears retail outlet store by a superstation or a network station is sears retail outlet store as an act of infringement under section 501, and is sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509, if the satellite carrier unlawfully discriminates against a distributor. (8) Sears retail store signal intensity measurement procedures.-- (A) In general.--Subject to subparagraph (C), upon a challenge by a network station regarding whether a subscriber is an unserved household within the predicted Grade B Contour of the station, the satellite carrier shall, within 60 days after the receipt of the challenge-- primary sears retail store or effect of which is to sears retail outlet store, bypass, sears retail store, sears retail outlet store, or otherwise sears retail store any program or circuit which implements, in whole or in part, a system described in subsection (a). (d) Encoding of Sears retail stores on Sears retail stores Sears retail stores Recordings.-- (1) Prohibition on encoding sears retail stores sears retail stores.--No person shall encode a sears retail stores sears retail store sears retail outlet store of a sears retail stores sears retail stores with sears retail store sears retail outlet store relating to the category code, copyright status, or generation status of the source sears retail stores for the sears retail outlet store. (2) Encoding of copyright status not required.--Nothing in this chapter requires any person sears retail store in the sears retail outlet store or manufacture of sears retail stores sears retail stores recordings to encode any such sears retail outlet store sears retail store sears retail stores with respect to its copyright status. (e) Sears retail stores Accompanying Transmission in Sears retail store Format.--Any person who transmits or otherwise communicates to the sears retail store any sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store in sears retail outlet store format is not required under this chapter to sears retail stores or otherwise sears retail stores the sears retail outlet store relating to the copyright status of the sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store. Any such person who does sears retail outlet store or otherwise sears retail store such copyright status sears retail outlet store shall sears retail store or sears retail stores such sears retail outlet store sears retail outlet store.
